Advice to parents & recommendations
10 RULES OF CONDUCT
For the smooth running of the ski school, we ask you to take into account the following 10 rules.
Rule 1:
Arrive early at the meeting point of the lessons.
Rule 2:
For all sessions, you must have :
your lift pass (except for those taking lessons in the beginners' area)
your equipment (helmet, skis and boots)
Rule 3:
Remember to wear warm clothes, gloves, sunglasses and sun cream to protect yourself from the cold and the sun.
Rule 4:
Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended for all lessons.
Rule 5:
Remember to provide your child with a little snack (except for the Piou-Piou club in group lessons as the snack is provided by esf).
Rule 6:
Programmes and schedules may be modified during the season by the esf director.
Rule 7:
Weather conditions and lift breakdowns cannot be blamed on the instructors.
Rule 8:
The actual lesson time may be reduced for circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be made.
Rule 9:
Students are not insured by the esf. In order to avoid any risk or financial hardship in the event of an incident, we advise you to take out insurance.

For the Piou-Piou Club:
- For the smooth running of the session and in order to make the child/instructor relationship easier, we recommend that you keep a distance, and that you return to see your child during the last 15 minutes of the session.
- The Beginners' area / the Children's Garden of the Piou-Piou club is only accessible with an instructor.
- Respect your child's pace of progress, don't take him/her on slopes that are too hard.
- Keep smiling and always value their progress!
